**The registration fee includes field visit, conference lunch and tea, and local transportation to the conference venue.
Accomodation
A limited number of rooms are available in Guest houses and hostels and will be provide on first-come first-served basis. Delegates must confirm conference participation by 20th of July, 2025 to secure accommodation. Independent hotel booking can also be arranged subjected to confirmation.
